Barb is available to teach classes and workshops at your place of work, for clubs, groups, senior living facilities, yoga studios or wellness facilities, on a variety of topics including:  Healthy Living, Better Memory, Chronic Pain, Stiff Joints, Sleep Help, Back Pain, Eye Projects, Shoulders/Arms, Heart Health, Fatigue, Leg/Ankle/Feet Projects, & Boosting the Immune System.

 

Every month Barb offers Jin Shin Jyutsu classes.

Jin Shin Jyutsu Classes

There is plenty of parking right next to the building.  It's a lovely place with a large room. 

Please feel free to join us even if you've never tried Jin Shin Jyutsu before!

Beginners are welcome and its a very friendly group who enjoy better health and optimism about life!

 Learn and practice an ancient healing method over 5,000 years old, called Jin Shin Jyutsu.  This gentle art of healing is wonderful for all physical & mental projects.

Boosting Immune System       October  22    1 to 2 pm      $12

Find out ways to easily help your immune system take on the cold and flu season.  We’ll also look at supporting your vital energy, helping your adrenals, encouraging happiness, and autoimmune projects like rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis and irritable bowel. Jin Shin Jyutsu uses just a gentle touch to keep our healing energy flowing smoothly and can be done anywhere, anytime.

 Change and Adaptability       November 12     1 to 2 pm    $12

Change is constantly occurring. We’ll look at ways to adapt smoothly and easily, finding fun ways to enjoy change and be happy. Feeling happy is contagious! Jin Shin Jyutsu helps soothe and open our minds and hearts and nourish our soul. Let’s spread joy and happiness by living our best true self.
